Condition of Returned Items

You may unpack and inspect your turntable as you reasonably would in a retail store.

For a full refund, return the product complete, including all accessories, documentation, and original packaging, where available, and in a condition suitable for resale.

If the product has damage or wear beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, any effect on the refund will be assessed in accordance with applicable law.

Your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly described products remain unaffected.

How to Request a Return
